GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR LOOSE DIAMONDS

1. All orders are shipped via reputable courier, with tracking number, to the recipient name and address specified by the buyer. A signature is required upon delivery.

2. Shipping charges and insurance are included in all price quotes. Import duties, taxes, and other fees relevant to international orders are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the buyer (recipient of the shipment).

3. Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Accepted payment methods are by certified bank check, money order, bank electronic funds transfer, and wire transfer.

4. All diamonds of 0.40 carat weight or greater will be laser engraved with their certificate number.

5. Orders to destinations in Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, and other embargoed locations cannot be accepted.
